You are responsible for how AI and automation are configured within your account, including scripts, prompts, workflow actions, response logic, escalation paths, appointment logic, and outbound communication behavior.
Go Skylevel provides software tools and business infrastructure. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content, responses, or automated decisions will always be error-free, legally sufficient, or appropriate for every use case without your review and oversight.
If you use Go Skylevel for SMS, email, calls, voicemail, chat, or automated follow-up, you are responsible for ensuring that your communications comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, carrier policies, and consent requirements.
This includes, where applicable, obtaining consent before sending marketing messages, honoring opt-out requests, maintaining proper disclosures, and avoiding deceptive, misleading, or abusive messaging practices.
We may suspend or restrict features if messaging activity creates legal, operational, reputational, or deliverability risk for the platform.
You retain ownership of the data you submit to or manage within Go Skylevel, including your contacts, leads, customer records, notes, pipeline data, communication history, forms, funnel submissions, appointment details, and other business information stored in your account.
Go Skylevel does not claim ownership of your customer data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Skylevel and its owners, affiliates, team members, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, customers, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the platform.

When we do, the updated version will govern future use of the platform from the date it becomes effective.
